The “thrive” awards recognise the service excellence across Thames Valley Wing of staff, cadets, Civilian Committees, Padres and other supporters. There will be five award categories; Outstanding Individual, Ambassador, Valiant Volunteer, Unsung Hero, and Top team Award.
